Home-made Pizza Dough Ingredients

15g dried yeast

1 cup plain flour

1/4 cup semolina

100ml warm water

2 tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

Home-made Pizza Dough Method

Step 1: Combine flour, semolina and salt in a bowl

Step 2: In a separate bowl combine yeast, water and oil, mix well

Step 3: Stir into dry mixture and combine

Step 4: Kneed for 3-4 minutes on a lightly floured surface or until smooth (the dough will bounce back when lightly pressed)

Step 5: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with a tea towel, place the dough in a warm area to prove for 30 minutes, the dough should roughly double in size

Step 6: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Divide the dough into two half portions and roll out into a circular shape

Step 7: Spread sauce over the base and add the various toppings to your choosing

Step 8: Cook in oven for roughly 5-6 minutes (will vary from different ovens, keep an eye)
